Overview

A reputable fashion House in Accra requires the services of a presentable lady to act as a Front Desk representative and secretarial duties at our main entrance desk. You will perform a range of duties including answering phone calls, managing the switchboard, and maintaining the office budget. Your central goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and support. As the ‘face’ of our company, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills. You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills .A front desk clerk represents the first point of contact with the clients of a business, hotel or doctor’s office. They perform essential front desk administrative duties including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and overseeing the office budget. Also known as a front desk receptionist. She will undertake all receptionist and clerical duties. The Ideal candidate should have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very receptive and disciplined. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Job Functions

  • Greet and welcome guests
  •  Take customers through the order process
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  •  Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  •  Receive packages, letters etc. and distribute them
  •  Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material(pens, forms, paper etc)
  • Monitor Office supplies and place orders when necessary
  •  Take up other duties as assigned

Requirement /qualification

  •  Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist or relevant position
  •  Proficient in English(Oral and written)
  •  Strong Communication and people skills
  •  Good phone skills
  •  Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  •  Customer service orientation
  •  Knowledge of Ms Office(especially excel and word)
