A Shared Workspace business is looking for a Community Manager to commence employment

The successful candidates will be responsible for running an office environment that will be utilised by individuals and corporates needing short-to-medium term office space. This will include; booking meeting rooms and offices for clients; supporting clients with secretarial duties; ensuring internet availability and, ensuring all supplementary services/products available in good order to clients.

  • The successful candidates must have the maturity to be able to handle the demands of a highly professional working environment.
  • The successful candidates must be able to multitask even beyond their core responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is expected.
  • They must have strong relationship management skills as they will be interacting with a highly diverse client base.
  • The working arrangements will be Monday to Friday on a shift basis excluding public holidays.

    • Requirements
    • Must at least possess a Diploma or HND level certificate.
    • Must live in Cantonments, Labadi, Osu, Labone or environs.
    • Preference will be for candidates from the Hospitality industry (Hotels and Tourism)
    • Presentable
    • Fluent in spoken and written English
    • Highly Proactive
    • Sociable
    • Age Limit: 23 - 35 years
    • Education: Diploma/HND
