A heavy-duty equipment rental company in the Tema, community 25 environs is seeking an experienced Administrator/Trip Planner to provide services to the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective administrative activities, plan equipment movements and track the activities of equipment for a smooth and seamless operation
Provide support to the organization and assist with the recruitment of staff.
Oversee employee orientation.
Create and implement an effective filing system.
Delegate responsibilities to other staff members when required.
Ensure staff adherence to all company procedures and policies.
Coordinate and oversee all office activities.
Handle phone calls and related correspondence.
Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant offices / personnel.
Draft letters, respond to emails and prepare documents.
Oversee maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Perform other relevant duties when needed.
Ensure all equipment are monitored when outside the company's premises.
Put in place measures to ensure proper paper work is done before the release of equipment.
Prepare weekly reports and correspondence.
Monitor equipment usage and take stock.
Oversee office supplies and replenish the stock when they run out.
Implement an effective system to truck equipment, cars, vehicles and fuel.
Identify the liters of fuel for the trucks, equipment and vehicle approve the issue of such.
