Candidate shall provided administrative support to the Managing Director. Shall liaise with clients, correspondence, typing duties, telephone operations, and office related duties. Candidate must live within the Tema communities or Afienya areas. A good written and oral communication skills is required. Candidate must be able to work under pressure and must be result oriented.
Requirements
  • Good customer relations skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • HND, DBS, Secretaryship training, or its equivalent;
  • Proficient in Ms. word, excel, PowerPoint, access, and publisher;
  • verbal and written English Language proficiency;
  • Team player and leadership qualities are a must.
