Assist customers with online orders, including tracking and troubleshooting.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.

Working Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Education: Higher National Diploma
  • 1. Higher Diploma Or Degree. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. 4. Persons should live at Tema and its environs.
