Job Presentation
The position
The Finance Manager is part of the local Management Team, reports to the Board of Directors. He is focused on developing and implementing a stable, future proof internal and financial organization. Highly organized and confident in initiating, leading and implementing projects as well as being able and willing to be ‘hands on’ when required. Highly motivated, objective and pragmatic with the persistence and ability to thrive under pressure and changing circumstances.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the annual planning and budget process for the company
Analyses and proactively identifies opportunities for internal process improvements
Final responsible for correct and timely financial reporting
Responsible for improving the financial reporting
Makes sure the accounting system and other it systems are optimally used
Responsible for implementing improved financial accounting systems (ERP)
Responsible for communication and follow up with banks, tax authorities, auditors etc.
Responsible for working capital and cashflow management (reporting and initiating and implementing process improvements - in cooperation with purchase, operations & sales
Responsible for stock reconciliation
Responsible for supplying accurate information of expenses and costing in order to have a correct price calculation. Also responsible for monitoring and analyzing price, cost and margin development afterwards.
Responsible for communication and follow up with banks, tax authorities, auditors etc.
Works in close collaboration with the Office Manager and the Operational & Sales Manager
Provides on the job coaching for his team
Responsible for the ‘internal organization’. Develops an increasingly efficient back-office and looks after an efficient process and effective communication between the different departments. Is aware of what happens in the organization and is responsible for good communication and follow up on requests when his management team members are out of office.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Accounting
5 Years work experience

  • Education: First Degree
