We seek exceptionally driven, experienced strategic sales professionals to advance Greenfields Offshore Services Ltd market position and financial growth with Oil and Gas, Mining, and Construction customers while achieving individual growth target goals.

In this Sale role, you will tap your superior skills in prospecting, problem solving and negotiation to proactively uncover customers’ unidentified needs and propose how Greenfields products and services can help enhance their company performance. You will call on leadership, managers and directors by following a prescriptive sales methodology and strategically develop a pipeline of future business.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of industrial supply chain/operation/logistics capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends, market drivers, and supply chain.
  • Ability to employ negotiating strategies and gather market intelligence.
  • Knowledge of product procurement, product applications, and warranties.
  • Well-developed communicating and negotiating skills with internal/external customers.
  • Ability to balance business objectives and customer’s needs.
  • Proficient computer, written and oral communications skills.
  • Proficient internal and external conflict resolution skills.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Or any equivalent combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
  • Sell Industrial MRO Tools, Equipment, PPE, Chemicals and Industrial consumables to existing Oil and Gas customers by establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers within the customer’s organization, making product recommendations, providing information to solve customer problems, providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotes for customer projects. Generate new business within existing customers by probing for additional information of customer needs to ensure complete penetration of customer accounts. Use Company approved sales and marketing techniques and tools.
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude toward initiatives and programs that meet customer needs.
