The HR Assistant is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. He must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment. He shall be superb at problem-solving, efficient in scheduling and precise in the recruitment process.
The role reports to the Human Resource Manager.

Person Specific Requirement
A degree in Human Resource from a recognised institution
At least two (2) or more years of experience and preferably MALE.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
The ability to multitask, outstanding time management skills
