Support all internal and external Hr related enquires or requests
Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
Assist with recruitment processes by identifying candidates, interviews performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff
Assist with performance management procedures.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Coordinate with supervisors to take daily attendance and reconcile attendance by month end.
Report weekly on Hr related issues.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
