A reputable and rapidly growing organization is seeking the services of a smart, confident, performance oriented and experienced professional to occupy the position of Deposit Manager.
Directly in charge of developing and managing the overall deposit business for the Institutions, recommending and implementing policies approved by the senior management for business generation and growth
Ensure growth of our digital business in terms of opening of accounts and mobilizing of deposits.
Liaises with Finance/treasury team on interest rates management for deposit products (demand & term deposit)
Plans and carry out all activities to pursue monthly deposits objectives via accounts opening, accounts/deposits campaigns and customer retention programs through branch managers & deposit coordinators
Directly designs, develops and implements all marketing and sales efforts for our target market including other corporate organization and wealthy individuals.
Directly works with the Head of Operations to streamline branch sale techniques, and customer service to continually help build trust, relationships with target customers, maintain existing customers and acquire new customers through planned product programs and tactical marketing campaigns
Prepares and analyses daily/weekly performance of deposit team and branches to ensure constant deposit business portfolio growth
Prepares and maintains a monthly/quarterly detailed customer database and conducts all necessary market research, competitor and customer analysis report
Providing senior management with all information that is requested regarding the performance of the deposit business; targets and actual
Initiates and implements sales/promotional activities to actively put the Institutions products and services in the target market to increase market share.
Providing total leadership and technical competency of team members in the areas of Deposit Mobilization.
Motivate and support Branch Managers to implement strategies to bridge gaps and meet set targets in Deposit Targets.
Process, Control and Operational Performance
Take responsible steps to ensure that relevant business information is accessible to stakeholders
Ensure compliance to internal procedures and processes
Ensure no or minimized operation risk
