Overview

The ideal candidate would be responsible for managing a team of Sales Executives, whose ultimate task is to sell logistics solution to clients and prospecting for new business. He/She will responsible for offer support for designing strategies to sell the services of the company.

What You Will Do
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences
    • At least 5 years of logistics/express company working experience; Working experience in global companies preferred, like DHL/FedEx/UPS;
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise;
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
    • Must have an undergraduate or above in Logistics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing major preferred;
    • Passionate about work, result-oriented and has a strong willing to succeed;
    • Can adapt to strong work intensity;
    • Age between 30-45 years old
