We are seeking a highly motivated, digitally inclined, human-centric, creative, experienced marketing associate to join our growing organization.
In this position, you will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales avenues by managing marketing campaigns and developing strategies to drive traffic; equally responsible for building consistent brand voice and representation across all channels and ensuring corporate communication enriches our bottom line.
You will also build and nurture relevant sales relations and partnership, managing the marketing budget and ensuring congruence to overall business growth strategy and objectives. You should be self-motivated, open to learning and willing to implement the team's ideas and creative solutions.

Marketing Associate Duties and Responsibilities
Liaise with Director of Strategy and the marketing team to develop specific blueprint and strategies for overall offerings of the business marketing objective
Oversee and ensure the successful deployment of marketing campaigns and strategies
Develop strategies to generate excitement, build brand awareness, customer loyalty around our company and drive traffic towards its products and service offerings
Identifying new clients and closing sales
Ensuring customer retention and high satisfaction
Responsible for educating customers on new and existing products and service offerings
Responsible for regular training and supporting the sales team
Responsible for meeting Sales and Revenue Target
Responsible for creating and updating sales and marketing communication materials.
Work with and supervise the effective synergy & collaboration of the Sales & Marketing Team comprising of interns, analyst, brand analyst/associate, web designers, content creators and public relations
Produce relevant, valuable, and engaging marketing content for the company website, blog, social media, print and all other platforms
Facilitate strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
Oversee and manage marketing budget, allocate and invest funds wisely
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns; assess team and company goals
Utilize a variety of acquisition channels, including content creation, curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, etc. towards attaining company objectives
