DESIGN/DESIGN & BUILD: Design development, and when needed subsequent construction (D & B) of the project –Turnkey Project - This could involve sole funding by the client, by the company, or a combination of the two.
CONSTRUCTION: Construction(C) works to be executed in cases where client has already procured the necessary consultancy and design preparatory works. Works could be on new projects, or existing facilities/structures (remodeling, renovation, reconstructions).
PROJECT MANAGEMENT (PM): PM for design (PM Design) involves the firm handling/executing the design and consultancy portions of your project. PM for construction (PM Construction) involves the firm acting as your representative and consultant on your project and dealing with all project stakeholders on your behalf. This is very critical as most projects in Ghana have either failed or have been unexpectedly caught-up in the area of delayed delivery and budget overruns primarily because of weak management.
