ThinkVote System Allows users/voters to vote once in the system during voting. No user can vote twice in the cause of voting. Once voter/users logs out of the system they are no longer seen as users or voters, meaning, they are not allowed to login and vote.It allows valid voters to access the system anywhere so long as they are within the reach of the official wireless network of the institution. That is it can be assessed anywhere that has the Area Network of the institution. The E-Voting can also be assessed on both mobile devices and computers
