Question for Zoe Royal Hospital & Fertility Centre

Dr. Please i had a d&c in april this year, after it i've been having pains in my left lower abdomen. Ihave been to the hospital and i was told its infections but after medication i still feel it mostly after my menses. I have also been trying to concieve since but no result. Could i have a problem with my fertility
