Question for Ghana National Commission On Children

My child has always been neglected and abandon by her mother.and also am in a new step with my partner and her mother will not stop mentally abusing the child.the mother also has issues with men .jumping from one man to the other.I have been seeking full custody of the child since her mother is not fit to play her motherly duties.the child is in great danger.
