Question for Fidelity Bank Ghana (Mobile App)

Pls am Abbosey Elizabeth.am currently working in Central Africa.i was having a pro-credit account before living but was not using it for some time.i like to know since it has been changed to Ferdility,can I still sue it.if yes what the procedure.
