Question for SAFE TRAVEL AND TOUR GHANA LIMITED

A friend of mine is a nurse who has been volunteering in Ghana. Her U.S. documents have expired. As a volunteer, she does not make allot of money. What will she need to do to return to the U.S.? What will her expenses be?
