Question for Ghana Post

I sent a friend of mine, who lives in Berekum a book . Unfortunately parcels like these are not delivered at his homeadress, but must be picked up at your office in Sunyani ( about 35 km. ) Is it possible for this person to give an authorization to someone else to receive it? And if so, what must he do? What kind of formulars, ( copy of ID etc) must be produced? With kind regards,
