FedEx must wake up and train its staff members.
I have sent five packages through FedEx in the last 2 days. One positive is that they sent a delivery person to collect my parcel from home at no extra cost to me. One lady I talked to was very pleasant. I wanted an invoice written down and photographed and send it to me but I was only giving the total amount for the parcels. Photographs of the receipts were sent to me but one was a person that didn't belong to me. In an effort to get the details of their receipts photographed and send to me I met a very rude man who talk to me as if he cared less about what I was saying. I persistently said "I beg you I beg you I beg you" before he dug up to tell me the cost of my parcel to Holland. He hung up on me when I was still talking. I don't think this member of staff should be punished. I just think he needs training. I am a retired senior member of the community and I think that these young guys just need a bit more training maybe a lot more training. People should be trained to do a good job. I will definitely continue to use Federal Express because I want the business to quite succeed. But efforts must be made to make people professional.
