Terrible servicing. Maybe because of their positionning they feel no need to answer to new requests.
It is impossible to have a follow up with them. I called and send emails several times after a quotation was done but nothing.

If you are looking for a proactive health insurance company I advise you don't go to Nationwide!!!!

I chose 1 star because i can't choose lower.

I totally agree with you on this one. Bad customer service from both front desk and marketing personals. You call to ask for information and there make you feel stupid like you should have an idea of the kind of packages and ser ice there render. You talk to a marketing personal and it takes for ever for him to get back to you.
