Review of Lands Commission

It's been very very difficult for hard working average Ghanaian to register his or her piece of property. There is too much red tapes, too many peosonal to talk to, files and processes, not for getting the non existent of any standards. Each person at any given time has set of rules and system of registration of property, worse of all the service fees and the bribe that one has to pay each time of visit, especially in Cape Coast office.With the new government in place, can we expect better and faster service to the citizens. Thanks for opportunities to express my frustrations.
