Poor customer service
The only network in Ghana where: When you lodge a complaint involving a third party, it takes forever to resolve. A very bogus and useless network, with customer service personnel dropping calls on you. Only in
Ghana. I lodged a complaint about an unsuccessful mobile money transaction, I followed up almost everyday, they kept telling me my complaint had been lodged and that it's pending. Pending for a whole month and they don't even try to find out whY they never got a feedback. And later when you get to their official twitter site, you have different people responding to your tweet, asking you for the same information you provided earlier. What kind of incompetence is this?
