Review Review of diet plan

My sugar went up to 7.5 on July this year and the doctor referred me to a dietician, she name is Ernestina from korle Bu Teaching Hospital by the grace of God the diet she gave me have really helped me so much. Now my sugar has dropped from 7.5 to 4.2 and my weight too has also reduced from 76kg to 60kg. I have already recommended people to her because she is good dietician and she is patient with her clients.
