Review Resolving a betting receipt

I am Desmond with the number ********,I placed a bet other 11th 0f April of which I took a screenshot of all my betting, it appears on the photos I took that I have won all the matches but in my account it was a lost game, later after comparing my account receipts and the screen shot I saw that sporty bet has automatically fixed in matches I didn't bet for. I have notified them about that and till now they have done nothing about it, so please do something before I start publishing what you do and are capable of doing.
