Very poor customer service
The staffs lack basic client orientation skills. They are quick to demise any complaint without having the issue resolved. Once a ticket is raised, they go to sleep. No update is provided except on elapsed time which adds no value except to further frustrate the customer. They will also not respond to any emails directed to individuals except automated responses. To me this company does not have value its customers.

Very true ..the sales guy was talking to me like i am begging him to install me internet that i am spending my money on
