Really disappointed in your mobile banking
Fidelity is a good bank, no doubt. But they keep disappointing me. How can i make transactions through mobile banking and then the money doesn't reflect in my account. This has happened to me twice in three months. It is really unfair. And what is more frustrating is the number of weeks you have to chase them before your money is being reversed. What if the money is needed urgently, what do you expect the individual to do?

I'm really disappointed and frustrated right now.

I am experiencing same here. I made a deposit into my yellow save account since 20th May. The Mobile money wallet was debited alright but my account with them wasn't credited. Called the 3355 to Lodge a complaint. I was given a ticket ID, been making a follow up but till date the transaction has not been reversed and they seems not care not even a message to apologise.

It has also happened to me, i have transfer money from my wallet to Fidelity bank account, my wallet is debuted but nothing is in my bank account. I have communicated to Fidelity but they don't care
