Review Being forthright

I am working with Richard in a case involving gold. The firm is holding it for a client.
I asked that Richard take the funds out from the gold dust for payment
I have not heard from him yet.
I have asked him to make a deed of trust if he wanted cosh.
I hope he will be forthright in his dealings to his clients.
