Review of IAS Ghana Federal Express (Fedex)

I find this Fed Ex office to be unacceptable in servicing its customers. Not only is it outrageous that you charge a $40 fee to "hold" the item in storage - which was delivered and picked up on the same day, but to charge 47% duty on the item plus the shipping is highway robbery. I will NEVER do business w/Fed Ex again! Not only did we get ripped off on charges but we had to wait over 3 hours to finally get our item. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
