Review of G4S Security Services

I was looking for a security company to provide 24 hour security for my home. I chose your company. I must say that I was sorely disappointed at the complete lack of professionalism. First of all, the sales person I was told to deal with never called me, never responded to text messages and after 4 weeks of signing the contract for service, I am yet to see a single guard at my house. Your company is the most incompetent company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Your costs for providing security are very high but the quality of your service is very low.
