Review WHY ALL THIS DELAY AFTER PAYING THE COST OF EXPEDITED MAIL?

I sent a parcel on the 16 July, 2020 to Hawaii, USA as expedited mail. How come12 days down the road, it has still not reached its destination? What then is the advantage of sending the parcel by expedited mail and through a company like FEDEX? What is the difference between your service and sending the letter by Air and paying less money> I am disappointed!
