POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Such a terrible customer service. How do i call your company for enquiries and your customer care agent picks the phone and answers one question on how many copies I want and after I answer his question he follows up by asking me would I like to do business over the phone or not. Without even being listened he starts ranting about how he doesn't have time to business over the phone and if I want I should try getting contacts of other companies and checking if they would respond. Who does that?

These wouldn't mind to even listen to you so even if your order is not ready you have to travel from North to Accra just to know they don't respect customer at all
