Abnormal delay of package
I am highly disappointed in Fedex services. I paid for express delivery only for my package to arrive in Ghana after a month. After arrival, I’m told I have to pay additional money for customs clearance. What is the point of their door-to-door express delivery then? I would not recommend fedex to anybody doing business or wanting to start their business.

Hello bro this is so true and this is not only FedEx alone but USPS and DHL are the same as well ... I don't know the reason why people paid money for in and out fees to deliver in Ghana and we are told to pay another additional fees which is way disappointed !!! I think people should start looking for other shipping company but seems they are all the same....

There some criminal activities going on in these companies, especially in FedEx.i have been contacted by unauthorised person from FedEx who wanted to collect privately money from me after my package arrived.

My brother a personal number contacted me too saying am to pay a huge amount for me to get my package please how did u go about it cos o don’t seems to understand them anymore, I the funniest thing is that the amount equivalent to 50% of the items purchased. This ppl are not ok at all
