Review Female student

Mr president thank you for this opportunity. I'd like to say that female students should stop cutting their hair,I really think it infringes on their right since they dont do it out if their own well.nowadays people even bring fake reports so they can keep they hair which is not fair to the others .there should be restrictions on how they can di their hair but please don't let them shave it off alot if people e confidence through that.thank you
