Review Product never received.

Contacted the number provided and was told to send part payment of the total quantity I want to awake gh momo and after delivery I pay the balance. After I made a down payment of 1,500 ghana cedis the number has refused to pick my calls or respond to messages but the individual stays online to read messages.
I don’t know how you guys got your products but I really need some answers.
