1. As industry practice when a billboard is down for a period of time,how is the situation dealt with.
2. When a company rents a billboard from a vendor, who prints the flexi?
3. Anytime there is a downtime, is it the vendor who prints the flexi or the company renting the billboard.
4.When a flexi is flighted after a down time,who bears the cost of printing and flighting?
5. Is the price of a billboard negotiable? and
6. Is there any interest to be paid to a vendor by a company on late payments?
