They lacked many qualities new drivers would expect from a driving instructor, the theory aspect was just brushed through with the teacher asking if we have anything we want to ask at the beginning of the class when we had no idea about mostly everything. When we said we have no questions the teacher proceeded to talk about driving for 10 minutes and the class was dismissed an hour and 20 minutes early. The practical aspect was slightly better, but they only taught really practical aspect about driving a manual such as using the gear and the clutch, and did not teach really important aspects of driving which I, after driving regularly wish they taught me as I struggle with, such as parking a car in reverse, parallel parking or even parking a car straight within lines. The fees are too high for the service they provide and they do not treat the students with respect. When we went to the DVLA to register for a learner license, they took ha there in a taxi, shouted at us when we didn't know what to do and expected us to find our own way home after taking a high amount of tip from the each of us. None of the students found that fair and we were very disappointed.
