Entire process took just under 10mins from entry through payment till actual procedure was done.
Very nice environment and courteous staff with attention paid to social distancing etc etc.

An hours wait. Payment requested before any attention ( did not agree!). No credit card facility ( had to go to ATM for cash). No invoice / statement until demanded - then an unreadable receipt. Not a pleasant experience and admin inefficient. Stay healthy
