Am very much dissapointed by the service given to me by your agbobloshie branch. I have applied for a salary loan for almost 2 months now and yet to recieve the loan. It stated with dealing with a loan officer called Raymond who didn't know much about what a salary loan entails so kept giving me false info. He kept telling me and my husband different things each. Never went straight to the point about details and when he was confronted he said he has not worked on a salary loan before, he never asked any of his colleagues. And up till today my loan has not been processed, I call asking and am told I have to submit something which the loan officer told me was not needed. Am very much dissapointed and advice that management upgrade in training their staffs well
