Unfair policy
Please your client visited my place and through the orientation she collected my details including my bank account. INFACT YOU PEOPLE STARTED THE DEDUCTION WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I DON'T EVEN KNOW THE POLICY I'M BEING ENROLLED ON. NO LETTER TO VALIDATE MY POLICY.

Pls I terminated my policy with your company since August 1st and l have not receive claims yet and to my surprise I was deducted for August again so which account are you saving August deduction since terminated my accounts with your company. I visited your office in tamale opposite modern city hotel but it was locked up and the lady who works there refuse to pick up our calls.Am frustrated
It is not fair for your company not pay Clam for damages in Wife car, she has insured the car for future occurrence as a comprehensive since 2012 and now you disappointed her not to paid for it
