Refund of cash
Good afternoon Mr/Mrs,
With a displeasure I write this email.
I started a policy with vanguard in September 2017 ( when I started service) and I was told I can do it for a year after which I can collect my money...
Since 2018 October I have asked for my money I have still not gotten my money, each time I go to your Spintex office the one by allied filling station on the Spintex road, the front desk lady keeps telling me I should go and come and when my cheque is ready I will be called.. I have waited for a year now and still my cheque is not ready. I just left their office and that’s the same story she just told me... I had to borrow money from a friend when I had an emergency and now I need to pay back the money... please with due respect I deposited my hard earned money with hope that I will get it back...
