Question for IAS Gh. Federal Express (Fedex)

Please Dear sir/madam i will like to know if i can redraw goods with a valid insurance card. because a friend of mine in the United States wants to send me some goods but i don't have a voter ID. I'M now 18years old.
lastly, please how many days does it take for goods from United States to arrive in Ghana?
