Question for Electricity Company Of Gh. (ECG)

Hi I'm Phoriwaah. I bought credit yesterday and showed the card on the meter. The blue light went off as it always does whenever I recharge but my light is still off. I checked the balance on it and it's the new one I bought yesterday but it's not working. What is the problem and how can I fix it?
