Question for CAL Bank

Please i used your ATM machine at odorkor last year ,went for a redrawer at your atm and recieve the fist redrawer of 2,000.00 but did not recieve the second redrawer, i reported it at my branch premier towers sg-ssb bank accra , my bank said they have sent the report to your end but have not recived any answer from your end, please help me.
