Review of West Gonja District Hospital

Why we as a patients need to be wary of any facility associated in Memorial Hospital at Pembroke Pines FL??????? My mom is at the Hospital on floor 7th and I called her in the morning to check on her but instead of a "good morning" her nurse was at the room giving her medication in a very unprofessional way"very loud, asking her why she was on the phone complaining regarding the associates" (unacceptable), them I called the hospital to try to speak with the head nurse but unfortunate for me my mom's nurse (Lourdes Martinez) answered my called and when I requested to speak with the head nurse she replayed " I WILL BE MORE THAN GLAD TO TRANSFER YOU TO HER", here is me after 35 minutes on hold but NO ANSWERE "very poor service and unprofessional". my mom has a medical condition that she needs to be admitted to hospital constantly and she had visited Memorial West Hospital on several occasions but never was treated this way, I will find other options for her because of todays experience and I will make sure I talk to every one I know to pass this very poor experience with the associates at Memorial West Hospital.
