A staff member at 15:00 told me my items was dispatched yet the driver who was onsite from 0900 waiting went to stores and they knew nothing about the delivery. If you have a critical task or a shutdown, please do not rely on delivery from this company.

The delivery left the factory at 15:15 on the same day. There was a miscommunication between the Staff member and the driver. The comment on the delivery from this company is a little Harsh, They did deliver the product same day, when the switchboards arrived they were quality tested complete with documentation and ready for installation.
