I have not received my money
I won one direct but I did not get my money which is 71 and the draw numbers was 41,29,71,21,52 so please kindly send the money to me on ********. Please I am waiting so please I want my money

Non Payment of Winning number
I staked 10 numbers today (National 27/2/2021) using *959# costing Ghs90. The amount was deducted from my MTN mobile money account. Fortunately I won with 84-24 (Ghs480). Unfortunately I've not received my money and also I did not receive the ticket of my 10 numbers staked but the Ghs90 deduction went through. To prevent legalities NLA should kindly do the needful. The complaints are too much and something must be done for me ASAP.

Why Ghana NLA is doing such a thing to Ghanaians the same thing is apply to me I stake 4 numbers then two numbers drew they don't won't to pay,they text me that I my numbers are not match why? This is my numbers I stake yesterday 17 April 2021 50,10,30,60 and you draw this numbers 50,42,55,30,74 only yesterday what am saying is I need money or am going to Antoa. Or let's me here from NLA Ghana this is my number ********

I have had the most terrible & shocking experience today with the *787# i have heard from some people it is a fraud & am incline to belive it after my experience today.my advice is we should all be careful.

I started staking *959# for a very long time but from two weeks ago when I stake all the money will be deducted but I don't get all the receipts. Today 24/05/21 on Monday Special l perm five numbers the money was deducted neatly but no receipt was given. I suspect fowl play so I have decided not to stake again. Ghana Government should immediately audit *959#. I know they have done it to many people.

Scam
You guys are scammers i staked direct two 55-71 on Saturday and won on mtn mobile money and up to now i haven't received my money. i have contacted you on phone but still the money has not been sent. You sent me a message that the money has been sent to me but it was a lie. Scammers and liars tswww i will make sure i spread this to the world.

Buffled.
I have been staking on phone through *959#,and most of the time my Momo is deducted and TICKET won't be issued.
Just today Monday at 6:44 am,20th July 2020.i stake two sure and my account has been deducted but yet No tickets has been issued.What sort of "Nosense" app is this.

Same have been happening to me ...abt what Kwame Opoku is complaining abt....sometimes in my case whenever I entered the short code (*959#)....everything seems to go well until I got to end....but nothing happens again when the app tells me to wait for the final authorization for the mobile money....

Sup bro. I also encountered the same problem earlier today 29 May, 2021 at exactly 7:5AM. After waiting for about hour and thirty minutes, I went to the or website and sent them a message giving them the details of the number I used in buying the tickets, how many tickets I bought and how much was deducted. I also added the transaction receipt and gave them a screenshot of the SMS receipt I received after making the transaction.
Guys I wish to tell you that they have sent my receipts to me through mail. All ten receipts.
I'll urge you to follow this proverdure whenever you encounter this problem again.
