I think sporty bet should sit up ,many people are complaining as to how money is not paid to them when they win ,and also you don't update your wins early .....Uniao cacoalense RO vs Real desportivo Ariquemes RO match was scheduled 3/20/22 and other betting sites have updated theirs ,but upto now nothing is being done ...also you block people from getting cash out by suspending much even as it has gone through ...last time I was suppose to win 7000 Ghana cedis but just because of only one "refund all" I was given 4800 and my friends were not happy at all ,including myself

Overall Terrible Customer Service

They have a lazy customer support system, you are unable to contact them without email or calling, when there is an in-app support system, that only answers Frequently Asked Question, Imagine being a broad daylight robbery and not having good customer care.
I am supposed to receive an OTP from changing my sporty pin but I never receive any sms and the customer support will just give you useful information and basically say they cannot help you.

Fraud at its best

Sporty must be very careful or else we will wage a campaign against their platform.i went for bookings between Dortmund and Greuther Furth. I went for the away side to receive more bookings and they claim i have lost the bet. Same way a 45+3mins goal affect the winnings of any slip so should that of cards too. Since a 45+3mins card can affect any game. I hope you resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Below is the slip.

My bet isn't lost the ticket still correct not lost

My bet isn't lost because I went over 3.5 bookings for Atletico Bilbao and Cardif and they played 4 bookings 3 for Bilbao and 1 for Cardiff, but sporty said I lost that ticket how. Please review and bring back my bet else I will visit the gaming commission and show them the evidence this isn't the first time.

Mistakenly settled bet

I placed a bet and one of the selections which one Ajax vrs dortmund was lost … I selected over 0.5 which was right because Ajax scored 4 goals but it says lost which is wrong so pls verify And let me no cos I am positive I will win thanks

Incorrect settled bet.

I place basketball 10 Ghana cedis with option home team to win 4th quarter by 3+. the outcome of this 4th quarter is 20 against 17.i won the bet but they keep on telling the bet lost.the the outcome is other, which is not true.do something before I post this to all social media.i have all evidence to prove to you that I won the bet.

I feel have been cheated

I have been cheated. I placed a bet on 9 teams today(1/09/21) with a potential winnings of gbc 440.00. Two of the matches out of the nine ended up being a “refund all”. The other 7 were right outcomes. I was given ghc 80.00 as the whole winnings for that betslip. This is a big cheat. I need to be compensated.
