Review Incorrect settled bet.

I place basketball 10 Ghana cedis with option home team to win 4th quarter by 3+. the outcome of this 4th quarter is 20 against 17.i won the bet but they keep on telling the bet lost.the the outcome is other, which is not true.do something before I post this to all social media.i have all evidence to prove to you that I won the bet.
