We build multi storey properties, from Hotels, Schools, Office/Shop/Flats complexes.
We hand pick the capable tradesmen for these complex projects. Having tradespeople who thinking and have pride in their work, ability to work together is more important as its more involved than a single storey building.
Although there are good tradespeople, we do our own in-house training, to UK standards a methods, there's no recogonised apprenticeship scheme here in Ghana.
Working to design and structural drawing is essential, having the knowledge and experience is a must, we have some very good Architects, our MD being British has a different view on details.
When building multi storey properties, one must be fully aware of H&S Rules regulation. Most of the large companies do, the majority of small builders and contractor's don't.
